In Broca Beach, Mutt and Shockwave are trying to fight their way out of a funhouse taken over by Headman and his Headhunters. Cutter and Bullet-Proof team up with some locals to help save their comrades. However, they later find out that these locals are actually Cobra troops. Despite their betrayal, Mutt and Shockwave are ultimately rescued, but Headman is able to escape. Meanwhile, Fred Jr. takes an assault rifle after leaving his mother's body behind and promises to no longer let himself be pushed around. He attempts to trade the weapon for more drugs.

In the Gulf of Mexico, Flint and Clean-Sweep fail in their attempt to escape from Cesspool. They are suspended over a pit of Plasmatox, and Cesspool reveals his backstory. He was once a corrupt businessman whose company was about to be shut down by the government. In an attempt to get rid of toxic evidence, he ended up being mutated by the very substance he was trying to dispose of. Ozone returns with a lawyer, who freezes Cesspool's assets and threatens legal action. As a result, Cesspool releases Flint and Clean-Sweep.
